Ear Care Service in Kirklees

If you are experiencing difficulty hearing, have an ear infection or have ongoing auditory issues, a dedicated Ear Care Clinic is available to patients in the North Kirklees area. This service is provided by North Kirklees GP federation Curo Health and the appointments are being held at Dewsbury Health Center and Cherry Tree Surgery.

How do I book?

You should contact your own GP practice first. Once a diagnosis is made that microsuction is necessary, the clinician at your own practice will refer you for an appointment, you will then get a call from Curo Health to book you into the ear care clinic.

What are the benefits?

Waiting times can often be long for ear treatments in your own practice or hospital outpatients, but our specialist clinic held 4 days during the week ensures that you receive treatment quickly and effectively.
Our clinic has top of the range equipment to perform efficient treatment for ear problems, and you can rest assured that all of our clinicians are trained in this specific area of health care. Everything will be explained to you clearly before treatment begins.

Practices in the local area also benefit as they do not have to provide this service anymore, and it is taken care of away from the practice by qualified auditory health professionals. Local GP practices and surgeries have worked with us on this collaborative effort to bring better ear care to all North Kirklees patients.
